Saw this on Marvelous Kiddo and knew I had to share. This is an amazing tip! I use and waste so much garlic by chopping the ends off to make peeling easier, so this will definitely save time AND garlic, which is a good thing since once can never have enough garlic, right? (And wow, was that long run on sentence or what?)
