Most iPhone cases are purely decorative/protective, but this case by Holga actually does something else. Rotating the dial (Anyone else remember rotary dial phones?  Just me? Okay...)  gives you access to 9 different special effects, including a 60 mm macro lens and several colored filters.  And it's not too expensive either!
